Regular -ar, -er and -ir endings, plus the irregulars that carry GCSE Spanish: ser, estar, ir, tener and hacer.
Preterite tense
The completed past: regular -ar and -er/-ir stamps, plus fui, hice, tuve and the accents examiners expect.
Imperfect tense
Used to, was doing, and what things were like: -aba and -ía, plus era, iba and había.
Future tense
Simple future endings on the infinitive, plus voy a, and the irregular stems ser-, har- and tendr-.
Ser vs estar
Who you are against how and where you are: identity, origin and time versus location, feeling and the -ando/-iendo form.
Radical-changing verbs
Boot verbs: e to ie, o to ue, e to i, plus jugar, with nosotros and vosotros left outside the boot.
Conditional tense
GCSE Spanish conditional: me gustaría, podría, irregular stems, polite requests, and -ía endings not confused with imperfect.
Passive voice
GCSE Spanish passive: ser + past participle, por + agent, se passive for they/one, and when active is safer in writing.
Imperative
