Quotations worth analysing
Short evidence. Real method.
Two present habits, a frequency and porque. That is a healthy-living bullet that already looks developed.
This is the advice band of the topic, distinct from what you personally do.
Preterite event plus two future forms. Healthy living can carry all three time frames without a new theme.

How do I write about food without a shopping list?
Attach every food noun to como, bebo or evito, then add a frequency and a reason. That is diet with contrast, which markers read as development. Future change belongs on the same plate: El año que viene comeré menos carne. Do not dump ten food words. Three accurate meals beat a menu.

How do sport sentences actually conjugate?
Jugar is a boot verb: juego, juegas, juega, jugamos. Juego al fútbol, al baloncesto, al tenis. Hacer is irregular: hago deporte, hago ejercicio, hago natación. Ir: voy al gimnasio. Prefer hago deporte if you cannot remember the sport gender. Add when and with whom: Los sábados juego al rugby con mis amigos. A past match is almost always preterite: El sábado pasado jugué y ganamos. Fue emocionante. Injury or tiredness can use estar: estoy cansado, estaba lesionado. Future training: Entrenaré más. Voy a correr cada mañana. Sport is the easiest healthy-living past-and-future pair in the whole course. Use it.

When do I use se debe rather than yo como?
Se debe and hay que are for general advice: Se debe dormir ocho horas. Hay que hacer ejercicio. Yo como and juego are personal habits. If the bullet says how to be healthy, lead with obligation. If it says what you do, lead with yo and add se debe as extra. Mixing them without a subject change confuses the reader: se debe como is wrong. Infinitive after the modal: se debe comer. Add a future personal promise so the advice is not only a poster: Por eso el año que viene haré más deporte.
See the idea in action

- 03
A food list with no verbs or time frames: manzanas, ensalada, agua. Write como, jugué, haré.
